船坞酒业在缅因州生产手工啤酒近20年，屡屡获奖，目前是美国最大的手工啤酒厂之一。该厂位于风景如画的沿海乡村Kennebunkport港。1992年，企业家Fred Forsley 和酿酒大师 Alan Pugsley创建了Federal Jackos 餐厅和酒吧，船坞麦酒就是在这里诞生的。

        当时，手工啤酒在缅因州刚起步，ALAN也刚从英国搬过来。在汉普郡举世闻名的RINGWOOD酒厂，他受教于传奇人物Peter Austin. Federal Jackos借助美国手工啤酒诞生的契机，仅仅过了2年，酒吧的生意就供不应求。于是FRED和ALAN在1994年在PORTLAND开办了船坞酒业。到了1996年，船坞成为美国发展最快的酿酒厂。

        船坞追求的是口感，协调和平衡，每批都是手工酿成，小批量生产，只用最好的原料，包括来自RINGWOOD酒厂的上层发酵的多株酵母。尝过后你就会体会到为什么船坞会如此与众不同。

        2012，船坞发运了2,182,986 箱 (158,441 桶) 我们的获奖手工麦酒。
我们还发运了176,794 箱 (12,831 桶)  Capton Elios 苏打。

船坞目前是美国第15大手工啤酒厂，全美排名第23位啤酒厂。缅因州最大的啤酒厂，生产20款获奖的英式啤酒，季节性麦酒和7种不同风味的手工苏打。

		BARLEY WINE 船坞大麦啤酒 Aroma:  Can definately sense the malts when taking a nice smell of this brew.  With 6 different types, this smells heavenly.  Some brown sugar tones come through as well. Appearance: A nice dark reddish brown color when held up to the light.  Unless you hold to a light, you will not be able to see through it.  Good tan head when I first poured it in my glass.  Flavor:  Good malty taste in every sip.  Some smokey and brown sugar tones are noted as you enjoy it. Mouthfeel: Decent body, light and creamy feel as it goes down.  A little dry but not much. 		Monkey Fist IPA 船坞猴拳印度爱尔啤酒 Shipyard Monkey Fist IPA is the genesis of a new generation of IPA. The traditional elements of classic English IPA have been redefined by American craft beer innovation. Like the image suggests, Monkey Fist is edgy, aggressive, and unique in style. Upfront there are notes of coffee and chocolate beautifully accentuated by the aroma of blueberries. The finish features a delicate balance of sweet fruit and dry hops.
